Production Capacity

SINA is a large-scale food enterprise integrated by R&D, production and sales, specializing in kinds of food with volcano ginger as its main material. Except for the own brand, we also doing OEM business for many clients and orders is increasingly added year by year. Our production base is located in Pasuruan, Java, Indonisia. 2 factories are put into operation at present, covering an area of nearly 10000 square meters. Based on a high standard and starting point, SINA constructs production lines with international advanced level, which use advanced technology and traditional recipe for continuous and automatic production strictly abiding to the requirement of GMP. SINA has been successively authorized by ISO22000:2005, GMP&HACCPC and FDA since 2013.

SINA has a history of 83 years in candy production. We insist on using local high-quality raw material of Indonesia to ensure the flavor and quality. Our products are gluten free and Non-GM food, authorized by HALAL and VEGAN,TOP BRAND 2019. Besides, organic certification is granted by USDA and EU to our coconut candies, with that by Kosher to Ginger candies.

SINA puts a large amount of investment in building hardware by introducing first-class automatic production lines and packaging equipment from Germany, Switzerland, Australia and other countries, making the annual capacity to be 10000 ton(mainly producing various candies and processing raw materials). The third factory has been constructed since Sept, 2018 and is estimated to be completed in 2020. Then the capacity will be double increased.
